Reverse Mortgages: Reverse mortgage products are available to homeowners aged 62 or older and are subject to FHA guidelines and program eligibility requirements. Borrower must continue to pay property taxes, homeowner's insurance, and maintain the property as their primary residence. Failure to meet these obligations may result in loan default.
